This project aims to acheive the following outcomes:
1. Analyzing the genetics of familial hypercholesterolemia, and monogenic cardiac diseases by whole genome sequencing of patients from the UAE.
2. Building of professional Genomic Medicine capacity in the UAE by training and educational programs.
3. Paving the ground for research collaboration
between the UAEGDA, and Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard Medical
School.
